You can easily book your cold plunge, sauna, or combo session online through our scheduling system. Members can reserve unlimited sessions as part of their plan, while non-members can book single drop-in sessions.

7. What temperatures are the cold plunge tubs set at?

We offer three different cold plunge temperatures so you can choose your ideal level of exposure: 39°F: Deep cold immersion for experienced users. 45°F: Intermediate level for improving cold tolerance. 50°F: A more moderate temperature, ideal for first-time users and those looking for a milder experience.

8. Do I need to bring my own towel?

Yes, we ask that members bring their own towels. However, if you forget, we offer high-quality microfiber towels for purchase. We also recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
