Eight years ago, I opened the doors to the Performance Ranch with a simple mission: help people live life beyond the gym walls. Not just to move more or eat better, but to become the strongest, most resilient version of themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Lessons from 23 Years in the Field

I’ve spent the last two decades immersed in this work. I’ve traveled the world, coaching elite athletes and learning from the best in human performance. What I’ve seen behind the scenes are the real habits, systems, and mindsets that create champions—not just in sport, but in life.

And we bring that same high-level approach to everyone who walks into the Performance Ranch.

Because you don’t need to be a pro athlete to train with purpose. You just need a coach who understands how to build a strong foundation—then layer on intensity, mobility, recovery, and mindset in the right sequence.

A Proven System That Adapts to You

The Performance Ranch Training System is designed around you. It’s progressive, personalized, and built to meet you where you are, whether you’re starting from scratch or trying to reach your next level.

Our system follows four key phases:

  1. Foundations – We start slow, focusing on movement quality, posture, breath, and position. This is where we build awareness and neuromuscular control.
  2. Gain – We increase volume and intensity to build strength, endurance, and confidence.
  3. Strong – We shift into performance mode. Here, we challenge your body’s capacity, speed, and agility.
  4. Perform – This is where everything clicks. Your patterns are clean, your nervous system is synced, and you’re resilient.

Each phase lasts around 12 weeks. Your coach guides you with intention, not guesswork. And whether you realize it or not, each workout is stacking the habits and movement quality that help you thrive long-term. Some clients may never see the Perform Phase, but each workout we are priming your ability to move well and absorb force. We are making you bulletproof from the inside out.

Strength You Can Feel Outside the Gym

When we talk about living life beyond the gym walls, we mean it.

This year, I walked away from two major mountain bike crashes. I had minor injuries and a mild concussion—but no fractures, no surgeries. The years of strength work, positional training, and consistency paid off.

That’s what I want for everyone we train. Resilience. The ability to bounce back. To move well in the real world—on trails, with your grandkids, in your garden, or on a trip abroad.
