Official Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel your membership, please submit a completed “Cancellation Form” available on our website with a 30-day advance written notice. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed through personal texts or verbal communication. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the charge of the next month’s membership fee, which is non-refundable.
Upon cancellation, please be aware that you will lose access to TrainHeroic and our Private Facebook Page.
